I thoroughly assess the damage and utilize My specialized resin to reinstate the integrity of your windshield with drilling and other special tools that I use for the process. depending on the type of chip or crack damage. for example,

 1. Assessment: Inspect for damage type and size.

 2. Clean: Remove debris and moisture.

 3. Vacuum/Inject: Remove air and inject under           pressure. Employing a precision bridge tool to force structural polymer into the fissure under vacuum pressure, restoring structural integrity.

 4. UV Cure: Harden resin with UV light.

 5. Finish: Scrape excess and polish.

"Back in 2009, I became fascinated with the art of windshield repair and the ability to restore a shattered piece of glass. I wanted in. In 2010, I tried to get a job at Patsco Windshield Repair, but I wasn't hired. That didn't stop me—I kept my passion alive while working in a factory and later at a Petroleum Coke Dock.

In 2016, I applied to Safelite, but again, I didn't get the job. Even then, I never took it personally; I kept moving forward. In 2024, I finally took the leap and started my own windshield repair business. It wasn't easy, but it was worth it. After buying a scrap windshield to practice on at home and honing my skills on a few cars, I became a true technician. While I studied techniques from Ultrabond, Glasweld, and Delta Kits, but special thanks go to CrackEraser for providing the training that truly made me an expert. Today, "I owe a massive debt of gratitude to Tim and his wife at CrackEraser. Their hands-on training and expert mentorship didn't just teach me a skill—it gave me another career.
